Valentine’s Day – How could I resist such a cheesy film for this made up holiday? This is one of those movies where the sheer amount of famous people is probably why most of us went to see it. Although this film includes the usual mushy, and at times funny, storylines that make you want to throw up a little in your mouth, this film will ultimately make you feel all lovey-dovey if you don’t think about it too hard. Here we go folks!
- Who doesn’t like getting flowers for special occasions? Only weirdos my friend. Take a drink every time you see flowers.
- What is the title of this film again? I feel like it’s not being mentioned enough. Just kidding! Take a drink every time someone says “Valentine’s Day.”
- Don’t you just love how much the word “love” is being used in this film? Doesn’t it just make you feel all warm in fuzzy inside? So much so that you’re going to hate me for this next rule. Take a drink every time someone says “love.”
- I know I’m your friendly neighbourhood goth, but I have something to get off my chest. I love Taylor Swift. Don’t judge me. Take a drink every time Tay Swift makes an appearance or a song of hers comes up.

Do you like musicals? Tragic endings? Absinthe fairies? Well then my friend, this is a film for you! And this one is actually a good film I promise.
- Did I mention that this is a musical? Yes, I think I did. Take a drink every time someone starts singing.
- We’re borrowing this rule from Valentine’s Day, take a drink every time someone says “love.”
- Is it just me, or does that Duke character seem a bit sleazy? Take a drink every time that man does something creepy.
- What is it with men and their typewriters? Take a drink every time Christian types on his typewriter.
- This one is very specific but I felt like I couldn’t leave it out. Take a drink every time you see that absinthe fairy, Kylie Minogue!
